Story-time>>>> person is not in court, I call the person, “where are you”, “I am walking to court” >>>> I am like WHY???? Just call me, I can help get you a ride. MISSING COURT OR BEING LATE FOR COURT WILL NEVER EVER BRING POSITIVE RESULTS. If you are having issues with medical, transportation on the day of your court >>>>> CALL OR TEXT US!!! We cannot help you if we do not hear from you.
Now with that being said in most judicial areas of Arkansas their is plenty of time to prepare between out of jail bail and your court date. Prepare and prepare more and then prepare again to make sure that you have everything covered. I am telling you these Judges do not care what the issue is. If he or she has to be there and your name is on the docket??? YOU NEED TO BE THERE!
