Just wanted to make all of our clients super aware about Monday October 6th. This will be a super busy day that usually happens about twice a year for Sharp & Fulton Counties. BIG BIG BIG Circuit Courts will be in session in Ash Flat as well as Salem Arkansas.
As many know in this area many of the “local” attorneys represent individuals in both areas. Be sure that you call them today or tomorrow early and be sure to have a plan. This could save you a very long day in court waiting.
We as well cannot be in two places at the same-time but are currently working on a solution so that we have representatives in both courts. Many of you are used to Jeremy being in court with all of you>>> he will start the morning about 8:15 in Ash Flat and then will leave and make his way to Salem around 9:10am.
