Arkansas Professional Bail Bonds helps the accused get out of jail on a daily basis across this state. With this we are required to collect and pay the State of Arkansas $60.00 in fees. These fees are used to help funding for the below entities.
Arkansas Sheriffs Association, Public Defenders Commission, Arkansas Bail Bond Board, Battered Women Shelters and the bail bond company gets $20.00 per bond.

First it is important to know what these people do. The simple answer is they help victims of crime. The better answer is they are caring, motivational and educated judicial process individuals that help victims of crime navigate the long frustrating judicial road.
Triple R Bail Bonds believes that each bail company can and should give up $5.00 per bond. This will have quarterly funds coming in to help. However this is not immediate help they need. The Arkansas Legislature will need to find immediate funding. Guess what, we have a suggestion for this as well via bail.
There is currently hundreds of thousands of dollars sitting in what is called “Bail Bond Recovery Fund” as this money is used to pay forfeitures of revoked bail companies that failed to pay judgements. Get immediate funding from there to help. In the court room a bondsman can stand up and say “every person in here benefits from professional bail bonds, except Victim Assistance Coordinators” >> this needs to change.
