December is here and I wanted to take a moment to talk about court dates in December. We all know that it is cold and at times road conditions can get bad, no one wants to go to court :)
The number one thing that help with all of this is COMMUNICATION!!! Talk to your bondsman and remember that there is a good chance that the Clerk of Court might just give you another date for January. Now this tip will only work for most District Courts. If you have a felony charge and a Circuit Court date >>>> those are non-negotiable dates unless your attorney can move it.
The main point is it is always better to go to court than miss it. Missing court will only complicate your case at hand. Cost more $ and maybe jail time!
